Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are at least 50% full and well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
